Job Description The Clinic Director/Rehabilitation Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Overseeing daily service provisions of the OMHC and PRP program, including clinical and administrative staff.
• Outreach, marketing, building, and maintaining relationships with community and Referral Sources
• Oversight and collaboration of medication management program including administrative staff, operations, and communication with prescribers
• Oversight and participation in weekly intake team meetings, including collaboration with intake team members of completed intakes, and review for appropriateness of services, and navigate the process to refer out to other services as needed
• Complete case assignments to a new and ongoing therapist
• Manage administrative staff in relation to quality assurance activities (Quality Calls/Surveys)
• Oversight and direct supervision of clinical supervisors, therapists, PRP Counselors, and additional rehabilitation specialists if applicable by the needs of the agency
• Manage /Handle service delivery, communication, and other problems between client, family & counselor in day-to-day operations
• Conducting monthly staff meetings and group supervision
• Collaboration with Human Resources and supervisors in the hiring process, training, and performance evaluations of Therapist, PRP Counselors, and additional Rehabilitation Specialists as applicable
• Maintain a departmental budget
• Oversee and participate in CARF and COMAR quality compliance, including auditing, client/community stakeholder satisfaction, quality telephone calls, and annual meetings
• Data Entry
• Other duties as assigned

In addition, the Clinic Director/Rehabilitation Specialist will service in the capacity as Rehabilitation Specialist to oversee the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, including but not limited to:

• Meet all requirements of COMAR 10.21.29.09 for Rehabilitation Specialist and Program Director
• Provide oversight of the daily program of rehabilitation services, and ensure adequate program staffing for day-to-day needs
• Educate the Direct Care staff on how to document the correlation between the rehabilitation activities and the goals identified in the Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP)
• Provide overall supervision to Direct Service Staff and all functions of their job capacity to ensure compliance
• Provide training to staff as needed and based on the training framework
• Make referrals for additional services as needed
• All other duties

Assigned Qualifications

The Clinic Director/Rehabilitation Specialist will have:

• A minimum Licensure (LCSW-C or LCPC)
